How to Become a CHAP Partner

An organization applying for CHAP partnership must be a non-governmental locally based organization enjoying full and legal registration. The questionnaires of below represent the first step towards CHAP partnership. They must be completed in either English or your native language, and submitted to the CHAP office in your country along with a copy of your organization’s seal & registration document. Please note that submitting a completed questionnaire and copy of your organization’s registration document does not automatically confirm your partnership with CHAP.
